two days ago after making custard, my mum pulled out a bag of 3 sweet potatoes she bought 2 weeks ago. she was too busy with chores and watching korean dramas so i decided to give her good old recipe a go!

they came out great for my first try, and no assistance from mummy. tasted pretty much like hers too! basically, it’s just sweet potato, fried with onions and sugar (and water of course!) i know onions and sweet potato may sound weird but trust me, when the onions caramelizes with the sugar, it just tastes soooo good!

i’m surfing through tons of baking recipes right now, i hope i manage to settle on one soon cos i’m itching to bake! hope everyone’s having a fab weekend! i’m really excited about getting a haircut at Bonafides on monday! =)
